
I can only guess that installing plugins like Eye Candy still works the same.

Have you installed it and let it installed in its default Photoshop folder and then tried pointing PSP to that folder? Quite some time ago I used that workaround to get a couple of Photoshop plugins to work with PSP (when I couldn't coax them to install in the PSP folder) and it worked for me. #Installing eye candy 4000 into paintshop pro 2019 install Can't remember which ones they were now, and I also recall that another PS plugin I tried that with didn't work. So I guess it's a hit-or-miss workaround.
